CONTROLLED-ACCESS BUILDING
Wherever you live, safety is a top priority. Entry to all The Residences @ The GARDEN is granted only via key fob, and there are cameras installed throughout the property. Residents at 6 W North also have controlled access by cell phone including entry of visitors.
FREE PARKING
Controlled-access garage parking is free with all new leases, providing added safety and convenience without an added cost.
PRIVATE COURTYARD
People and pets alike can gather and unwind in our courtyard. It’s a beautiful private garden with a gas grill, teak dining furniture, and a ping-pong table.
FITNESS CENTER
The Residences @ The GARDEN features a large and well-appointed gym that’s open 24/7. It includes Peloton Bikes, a treadmill, an elliptical, a functional trainer, and more.
PET FRIENDLY
Pets are welcome for a $250 non-refundable deposit and a $35 monthly fee. There is a two-pet maximum and some restrictions on breed and size. Plus, you’re close to the dog park!
